We will properly evaluate a client’s organisation, ethos and culture, enabling us to build a meaningful relationship and understand the needs of the business. We personally interview each candidate, assessing competency and skills, and ensuring that he/she fulfills the requirements of the position and is likely to fit into the client’s organization. The candidate is subjected to an intensive reference-check process which can be extended to validation of qualifications and criminal, credit and security clearances at the client’s request. We maintain the strictest confidence on information acquired about our clients’ businesses through the recruitment process. A client’s identity is only revealed once a candidate has been invited to an interview.

Head-On provides a 90 day guarantee on placements, the details of which are provided in our standard contract.
